Wet Tropics Plumbing

From its Cairns home base in Portsmith, Wet Tropics Plumbing runs as a family as much as a plumbing team, led by director David Roos. Its maintenance work for homes, real estate agents and body corporates covers burst pipes, leak detection, blocked drains, leaking toilets and dripping taps. Hot water systems are repaired, replaced or newly installed, though it does not work on gas hot water units. On the commercial side it serves industrial and commercial buildings, local council and infrastructure maintenance, farms, and trade waste installation and upkeep, and it also handles new builds and renovations. A published review recounts a customer with no hot water late in the afternoon who had a new system installed the same day. Holds QBCC licence 15248351. Rated 4.5 from 18 Google reviews, 15 of them five stars and two at one star.
