Hot Water Plumbers in Queensland

Hot water work is one of the most common plumbing jobs in Queensland, and these plumbers say they install, replace or repair hot water systems, whether gas, electric, solar or heat pump.

When a system is replaced, a temperature control device must generally be fitted so bathroom hot water is delivered at no more than 50°C, or 45°C in places such as aged care and schools. Replacing a water heater is notifiable work: your licensed plumber registers it with QBCC on Form 4 within 10 business days of invoicing and gives you a copy.

When you call, ask which system types the plumber fits, whether the temperature control device is in the quote, and who lodges the form. For a gas unit, check the Gas fitting tile on the listing as well.
